Description of the public procurement:

The subject of the procurement includes the implementation of the following activities:

Preparation of project documentation The activity/Stage includes the preparation of project documentation, including the following parts: - Structural design for construction and demolition works; - Safety and health plan; - Construction waste management plan; - Temporary organization and traffic safety - if necessary. When developing the project parts, all applicable regulatory requirements for the relevant parts should be observed regulations and other documents reflecting good practices in research and design. The coordination of the prepared project parts will be the commitment and responsibility of the Client, and the Contractor will have a commitment to assist, as well as to amend the submitted project parts in accordance with the requirements of the competent authorities. The assistance will include representation of the Client, communication with the coordinating and approving authorities, the submission and presentation of the projects to the authorities, for which activities the Contractor will be duly authorized, in addition to signing the projects on behalf of and at the expense of the Client. In case of remarks from the authorities responsible for approving the projects, the Contractor is obliged to eliminate the indicated irregularities within 7 days or a longer period, allowed in writing by the Client;

Preparatory work - clearing the approach and the terrain, construction/providing temporary electricity and water supply, construction of a fence and temporary facilities, etc.

Demolition of the buildings, including the uncovering and demolition of the foundations of the existing buildings designated for demolition, located in the land use plan with identifiers 68134.4332.1568 and 68134.4332.1652 - private state-owned land, of Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital, intended for the construction of a National Children's Hospital. Approximate total area of the buildings - 19,510 m2.

Clearing, loading and removal of the entire amount of construction waste and materials from the demolished buildings, as the removal and disposal of construction materials and waste should be at a licensed landfill.

Reclamation of the terrain, including the uprooting and clearing of existing vegetation and leveling of the terrain;
