To interested parties regarding the public procurement for design and author's supervision of Children's Hospital

"Health investment company for Children's Hospital" informs interested parties that proceedings have been initiated by the Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) under file No: CPC-392/ 18.05.2026 in connection with a complaint filed against the decisions of the contracting authority for the public procurement with the subject "Design and author's supervision for the construction of the 'National Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment of Children'" with UNP 06008-2026-0001 in CAIS EOP. The complaint requests an interim measure: "suspension of the procedure".
In accordance with the provision of Art. 203, para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act, on May 19, 2026, the public procurement was suspended until the entry into force of the CPC ruling dismissing the request for an interim measure, or until a decision on the complaint is rendered.
