The order includes the provision of financial services to "Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital", the subject is divided into two separate items:
Banking service of cash flows of "Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital";
"Free cash - deposits" of "Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital", in accordance with the requirements of the Concentration Rules, pursuant to Art. 28 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Enterprises Act.
"Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital" is a public enterprise within the meaning of the Public Enterprises Act.
The subject of this procedure is the selection of a servicing financial institution – bank – contractor for the provision of financial services to “Health Investment Company for Children’s Hospital” under two separate items “Banking servicing of cash flows” and “Free cash – deposits”.
Under separate item No. 1, 1 /one/ Contractor /bank/ shall be selected. Under separate item No. 2, no less than 5 /five/ Contractors /banks/ serving the activities of “Health Investment Company for Children’s Hospital” shall be selected, as the company falls within the scope of concentration rules within the meaning of Art. 28, para. 1 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Enterprises Act, adopted by Council of Ministers No. 85 of 30.04.2020, as a result of which the net exposure of the public enterprise under this procedure to one credit institution may not exceed 25 percent of the total amount of cash of the public enterprise.
The maximum value of all concluded contracts for the implementation of the public procurement cannot exceed BGN 69,999 excluding VAT.
