Brief description / documentation:
The order includes the provision of financial services to "Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital", the subject is divided into two separate positions:
Banking of cash flows of "Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital";
"Free cash - deposits" of "Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital", in accordance with the requirements of the Concentration Rules, pursuant to Art. 28 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Enterprises Act.
Under separate position No. 1, 1 /one/ Contractor /bank/ shall be selected. Under separate position No. 2, no less than 5 /five/ Contractors /banks/ serving the activities of "Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital" shall be selected, since the company falls within the scope of concentration rules within the meaning of Art. 28, para. 1 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Enterprises Act.
