Pursuant to art. 44, para. 1 and art. 21, para. 2 of the Public procurement act, in connection with the upcoming announcement of a public procurement with the subject: "Preparation of an investment project (phase 'Conceptual Design', phase 'Technical Design', and phase 'Detailed Design') for the construction of a National Multiprofile Children's Hospital," "Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital" extends this invitation to all interested parties – including independent experts and/or bodies, and/or market participants interested in submitting proposals for an indicative value for the execution of the public procurement activities.
