Market research for the design of the National Children's Hospital concluded

The market research related to the preparation for the design of the National Children's Hospital has concluded. This is a necessary step before commissioning the activities for the preparation of the conceptual, technical, and detailed designs.

Five bids were submitted within the period from July 7 to July 17. All proposals meet the requirements – they were submitted on time, in the required format, and contain the full set of information specified in the bid template.

The values proposed by the participants range from BGN 7,800,927 to BGN 10,000,000 excluding VAT. The calculated average value is BGN 8,923,206 excluding VAT, which will be used as a guideline in the preparation of the procurement.

All bids include the three design phases. With the conclusion of the research, the project moves to the next stage – preparation of the assignments and launching the procedure for selecting a contractor. The announcement of the public procurement for design is planned within August 2025.

The process is progressing in stages and in sync with the preliminary schedule. Each stage is based on real data and technical preparation, aiming to ensure a sustainable framework for the project's implementation.
