Invitation for market consultations for the estimated value of duthor's supervision – a next stage in the construction of the National Children's Hospital

"Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital" extends an invitation to participate in market consultations to determine the estimated value for the preparation of a public procurement with the subject: "Exercising author's supervision during the construction of the National Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment of Children".

This step represents part of the next stage in the process of designing and constructing the NMHATCH – a strategic health project of national importance that will guarantee the creation of a modern hospital for the comprehensive treatment of children.

All interested parties – independent experts, organizations, and market participants – are invited to submit proposals with indicative prices for the implementation of the activities under the upcoming public procurement.

Deadline and Method of Submission:

• Until 17:30 on September 26, 2025.

Principles of Participation:

• Indicative price proposals are non-binding and will be used solely to determine a transparent and realistic estimated value.
• All proposals and accompanying information will be published in the Buyer's Profile of HICCH and in CAIS EOP, in accordance with the principles of publicity and transparency.
• Participants in the market consultation will not be placed in a more favorable position in future procedures.

With this invitation, HICCH aims to ensure an open and transparent preparation process for awarding the public procurement, marking another important step toward the realization of the National Multiprofile Children's Hospital – a project expected by society for decades.
